Make the price the loudest thing on the flyer
A person scrolling a feed decides on price before they read a word of the description. If your headline is bigger than your number, the flyer is arguing in the wrong order. Every template here sets the price as the dominant element and shrinks the headline to fit around it rather than the reverse.

Three or four selling points, never eight
"3 bed · 2 bath · 2 parking · near BTS" is read in one pass. A list of eight features is read as a wall and skipped entirely. The flyer exists to stop the thumb; the caption underneath is where the detail belongs.

Export every size, do not crop one
A square flyer forced into a 9:16 story either gets letterboxed or cropped, and the crop takes the price with it. Each size here is laid out for its own frame — the elements move, they are not scaled down — which is why one click produces five files instead of one file five times.

Shoot at the end of the day and let the tool correct it
Late light gives a building depth that midday flattens. A normal phone photo is enough: exposure, colour and sharpness are corrected automatically when you add the picture, conservatively enough that the property still looks like itself. Where do my client photos go?
Nowhere. The photo enhancement and the poster rendering both run in your browser, on your own machine. A photo only reaches a server if you choose to sign in and save a design to the cloud, which is optional.
Can I use the flyers commercially?
Yes. What you make is yours and it is ready for real listings, with no attribution required. The example photographs on this site are stock images used for demonstration only.
